To position Chicago as a city that makes everyone feel accepted and welcomed, we launched the communication platform "Welcome Home". The platform lasted more than five years and the campaign ran in major American cities, Europe and China. It also won the "Best Tourism Marketing Campaign Award" in 2018 at the Illinois Excellence in Tourism Awards.
