At Subway, only fully-backed ideas become tasty subs . But, for those few gems that get produced, many more have to die. To demonstrate Subway's commitment to quality, we created a social media campaign showcasing all the ridiculous, absurd, half-baked ideas that never made it to the end, and also encouraged people to submit their half-baked ideas. At the end, we selected a winner and 3D-printed their invention.
