Only fully-backed ideas make it at Subway. But, for those few gems that get produced, many more have to die. To demonstrate Subway's commitment to quality, we created a social media campaign where we showcased all the ridiculous, absurd, half-baked ideas that never made it to the end.
To engage people, we encouraged them to submit their half-baked ideas. At the end of the contest, we selected a winner, and 3D-printed their invention.
